Client
A young couple who are pragmatic and appreciate natural design, with a desire for a comfortable and fulfilling environment.
Design
Located in the heart of Moscow, this apartment was designed as an urban retreat and a space where you can find peace and quiet.
The color palette was built around muted shades of green and pink, chosen for the sense of calm they evoke.
The central concept draws inspiration from nature and the living world of flora and fauna, translated into the space through a careful combination of materials and details.
Accents of natural wood and the presence of plants bring a warm, organic texture, while black metal elements introduce a subtle yet defining contrast.
The result is an interior that impresses not through excess, but through coherence. A space designed to be enjoyed.
Layout
Starting with the entryway, we arranged the walls in such a way that the flow through the interior is clearer and to optimize the use of space.
The entryway features storage cabinets as well as a bench for seating and comfort.
Directly from the entryway is the passage to the kitchen and living room, which are located in an open space but separated by a decorative wall made of textured glass.
Also directly from the entryway is the passage to the bathroom, for quick access from the front door.
To maximize the kitchen space, we opted for a corner kitchen that spans two walls.
A dining table is placed in the center of the room, positioned so that it allows access to the balcony from both sides.
On the left side of the kitchen, we arranged a living room with a TV area and a modular sofa.
The division between the living room and the office was created using a decorative glass wall with a sliding door to maintain the flow of natural light inside.
The office has a very interesting layout, featuring a large desk, a glass-fronted cabinet, and a bed mounted behind the cabinet’s facade, which can be opened with one hand.
Since this room will be used for guests or new family members, the wall can be converted into an opaque, private partition.
On the way from the living room, we’ve created a small hallway connecting the bedroom and the bathroom, and right in this hallway we’ve installed a closet with sliding doors for all your bulky items.
Upon entering the bedroom, you’ll find everything you need for a room like this: a bed with a TV in front of it, a deep two-row wardrobe, a vanity table with a dresser, and a nightstand positioned directly above the bed at the headboard.
The bathroom was designed to be as functional as possible, with a bathtub area on the left, a wall-mounted toilet on the right, and a vanity with a countertop and mirror in front.
For a young and energetic family, this layout offers maximum comfort and functionality, with plenty of room for growth.
