What an interior design project costs
A complete project costs between €18 and €35 per square metre, depending on the package. Work out your own figure below.

The prices above are for residential spaces. For commercial, office and HoReCa projects write to us through the form or on WhatsApp and we will come back with a price for your case.
The minimum project is €1,000. Below that, for small and specific work, it is simpler to write to us and agree together what the project covers.

What the price does not cover
- The construction work and the builders on site.
- Furniture, materials and decorative objects.
- Delivery and installation of what you buy.
- Site supervision on Essential and Classic, which can be taken as a separate service.
Discount
The larger the space, the less the square metre costs
The discount is automatic and is already included in the calculator above.

| 150 to 300 m² | progressive, from 15% to 22% |
| Above 300 m² | 22% |
The progression is linear on each step: at 100 m² the discount is 7.5%, at 150 m² it is 15%, at 225 m² it is 18.5%, and from 300 m² upwards it stays at 22%.
Payment
Three stages, each ending with something in your hands
You do not pay everything up front. Each stage is paid separately and closes with something you receive and approve.

Concept and layout
You receive the survey drawing, the concept, the moodboard and the layout plans, in the version you chose.

3D visualisation
You receive the interior visualisations, in the final version you approved. Included in Classic and Signature.

Technical design
You receive the full technical file, with plans and schedules, printed in colour and in digital format.

What people ask us about price
What does the price include and what does it not?
The price covers the design project: consultation, survey, layout, technical drawings, the reference schedule and, depending on the package, the concept, 3D visualisation, decoration and site supervision. It does not cover construction work, furniture, materials and objects, which you buy separately, with our help on choices and quotes.
Do I have to buy the furniture and materials you choose?
No. What we choose is a recommendation, not an obligation. Buy wherever you like. If you pick something other than what we proposed, we will tell you plainly what changes in the result, so the decision is yours and informed.
Can you keep the furniture I already own?
Yes, and we often do. Tell us at the start which pieces are staying, send photographs and dimensions, and we will build them into the layout and the visualisations, so the project starts from what you have rather than from nothing.
What happens if I do not like the result?
It changes, in the stage we are in. Concept and layout include three rounds of changes, 3D visualisation includes two, and the technical stage includes one round for switches and sockets. A stage closes only when you approve it.
