How we work, step by step
A project moves through five stages, in the same order every time. Each one closes with something you receive and approve, and below is the full list of steps, exactly as it stands in our working document.
The stages
The timeline of a project
The steps below are exactly the ones in the document we work to, so you can get to know them before the work starts.

Questionnaire and brief
We lay the foundation. We learn how you live in the space, what does not work today and what the project has to solve, then we put all of it on paper.

Frequently asked
What people ask us about the process
At what point do you need a designer?
Usually, as early as possible. It is good to have the project in hand before the building work starts. An interior design project does not only help on site, it also saves you from spending more than you need to.
What is expected of me?
Open communication and answers on time. You tell us what you like and what you do not, which pieces are staying, how you use each room and what budget you have in mind. We carry the rest. Stages move forward when you approve them, so the pace of the project also depends on how fast you reply.
Do you have a house style, or do you work to the client's taste?
We work to your taste. Our portfolio holds modern luxury, contemporary, minimalist and eclectic projects, because each time we start from the person rather than from a house style. What we bring is the experience of making your taste work in that particular space.
What happens if something goes wrong on site?
We fix it when it happens, not at the end. That is what site supervision is for: we go to the site, check what has been built against the drawings and correct it as we go. We also stay available to the builders' questions, so the project comes out the way it was drawn.
