The “Cercada” project is an interior design that embodies a modern luxury concept, where understated elegance blends with minimalist accents and warm, natural tones. The design is clean and balanced, and premium textures, such as marble, natural wood, and soft fabrics, create a refined and relaxing atmosphere.
The ambient lighting highlights the architectural details and materials used, creating a cohesive, airy, and welcoming space. The custom-made furniture blends seamlessly into the design, and the color palette, dominated by shades of cream, beige, and gray, contributes to a warm, sophisticated, and timeless atmosphere.
Layout
Based on the client’s requirements, a spacious layout was implemented, minimizing the number of rooms and maximizing the functionality of each area. Starting with the entryway, we designed a closet area with a bench and, on the opposite side, a makeup area with a full-length dresser. The entryway leads directly to the living room and kitchen, while the master bedroom, child’s bedroom, laundry room, and the two bathrooms are accessible via the hallway.
The living room and kitchen form an open-concept space. It was designed for evening gatherings with friends, family movie nights, and a sense of freedom within the home, thanks to its spacious layout. Next to the entryway, right by the first door, we placed the laundry area, a separate room with a washer and dryer, a space for ironing clothes, and a sink for washing the dog after a walk in the park. Next come the two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, because if possible, it’s better to have both options for more variety. They were designed with soft lighting to create a calm, ambient atmosphere.
The child's bedroom is playful and inviting, yet designed to accommodate the next stages of growth, taking into account the child's specific future needs. The most interesting room is the master bedroom, a space with two sides opening onto the city, featuring panoramic windows and a view of the boulevard. With a white and gray color palette and a custom-made king-size bed, it is one of the most pleasant bedrooms in which you could rest.
All in all, it’s a stylish apartment with spacious rooms and high-end design, perfect for a family of three.
