For interiors, it is best to contact us about a month before purchasing the space, but it is also acceptable to do so after the purchase.

We offer three design packages, each with an estimated timeframe: Express - 21 business days, Regular - 35 business days, and Premium - 49 business days. Of course, the project implementation time may vary depending on the complexity of the work, issues that may arise during the inspection and repair of the space, or if the design ideas change, but the time difference is not drastic and may be around 3-10 days extra.

For projects under 50 m2, prices are standardized, as indicated in the prices section, and for those over 50 m2, a percentage discount applies. Depending on whether the project is between 50 and 150 m2, the percentage will be progressive up to 15%. Above 150 m2, the discount is set at 15%. Payment for the project is made in stages. For your convenience and safety, we divide the project into 3 stages that are paid separately, so you receive the result for each payment and can control the quality of the work along the way.

We work both in Chișinău and in other localities in Moldova and beyond. We have projects in other countries. For such projects, we organize constant online contact, and we coordinate site visits with the client, as these represent an additional cost for the project.

During the design phase, we take into account the products needed to complete the project, and we list the product information in the Reference Table. After the project is completed, we help you contact construction and material companies to obtain a personalized quote for the project, and all you have to do is purchase the product.

We respect the client's taste and carry out the project according to their preferences. We are specialists and know when to offer our opinion and when to provide assistance to steer the project in the right direction, as well as when it is important to fulfill the client's wishes.

Communication between the client and designer is carried out using a shared chat for all direct and informal conversations, while for formal conversations, such as receiving documents, project files, and your comments, email is used: [email protected].

Yes, design is a collaborative process. We encourage you to express your opinions and preferences along the way. Minor changes are included in the process and budget, and for major changes, we discuss the implications for deadlines and budget.

We are with you throughout the design process and are ready to help resolve any issues that may arise regarding repairs, either remotely or physically on site.

No, you are free to decide whether you want to purchase the product we have chosen or select other products from other companies yourself. When searching for products, we focus on product quality and how well it fits into the design, so we can guarantee the quality and beauty of the renovation, from the flooring to the furniture.

At the first stage of work, we ask whether certain pieces of furniture are to be retained for the new design and work to ensure that they fit into the style of the space.

We strive for pleasant collaboration and want you to communicate openly with us throughout the project. Any opinion, comment, description, or idea you may have is welcome, as it will increase the success of the project and make it easier to work on.

Our work depends on the client's opinion, so it's okay if you don't like one of the stages. Each stage is organized in such a way that there should not be a negative result and we can modify the shortcomings of the design before we get too far. At each stage, it is possible to modify the design to your liking, and 2 modifications are included in the project price.

After handing over the project, we take care of preparing offers from companies and organize meetings for joint visits to showrooms. We help you find a construction team and provide ongoing contact for information and problem solving, while author supervision is provided according to the chosen package or as a separate service.
